Phone book functionality
Our phone book functionality lets you call your contacts even faster. Simply save up to 10 speed dial numbers for your contacts. Our phone book can be used without any registration.
Save a contact's number as a speed dial
Dial any of our dial in numbers. Our phone computer prompts you as usual to enter the number you would like to call.
Now enter the number and attach an asterisk followed by a digit (0 to 9) to let this digit become the speed dial for that number.
Example:
You want to call +49170987654 and save this number as speed dial 7. Enter the following key sequence:
49170987654*7#
A. Call a speed dial by attaching
To call a number which you have saved as a speed dial before, simply attach the speed dial digit to our dial in number.
Example:
You usually call our phone computer by dialing our german number 01802-000012. To call your contact saved on speed dial 7 directly simply call this number from now on:
01802-0000127
B. Call a speed dial by input
Alternatively you can enter the speed dial as usual when our phone computer prompts you to enter the number you would like to call.
Example:
Our phone computer prompts you to enter the number you would like to call. To call your contact saved on speed dial 7, simply press:

Please note:
To use our phone book functionality your caller id must be visible (unblocked).
You must enter a valid paysafecard PIN to save a speed dial.
To change a speed dial simply save another number under the same speed dial digit using the method described above.
Please write down which number is saved under which speed dial or even better: save the full dial in number as described under A directly to your contact's data into your own phone's address book.
