How it works

Call our german landline callback number. This number doesn't pick up so you won't be charged anything.

If your callback request was successfully saved you will listen to a signal tone (positive). We will call you back in about 30 seconds.

If your callback request cannot be handled, you will listen to three tone signals (negative). Please read the important notes on the right hand side.

Charges

When using our callback function you will be charged rates to your desired target number plus rates to call your phone according to our rates list.

Before you will be charged you will always listen to a tariff message on the phone.
You will only be charged on a successful connection to the remote party. Please read our fair usage policy on the right hand side.

You want to get called back to your mobile phone to call a spanish landline number. The following charges apply:

Important notes

You can only get called back on german phone numbers for the moment (landline and mobile).

If you are using your mobile phone outside of Germany you will be charged additional roaming costs.

Your caller id must be unblocked (visible).

Fair usage policy

We only charge you on a successful connection to the remote party. To avoid fraud and misuse of our callback number we have setup the following rules:

Using our callback function is working only if you have called at least once successfully through an alternative woopline dial in number (with your caller id unblocked). This way you are proving to be an owner of a valid paysafecard.

Using our callback function multiple times without presenting a valid paysafecard PIN will get you blocked from the system.
